Hi, I’m Nora Flores, the heart behind Wildflower Coffee & Tea. I’m Christian mom, a wife, and a lifelong coffee and tea lover who’s finally brewing a dream of my own. My husband, our daughters, our crazy dog, and our cat with main character energy all love calling Sparta home. It’s a place full of kindness, with porch waves, genuine people and a community that inspires everything I do for the business.

After years in the food world, plenty of early mornings at a major coffee shop and a whole lot of faith in Jesus, I’m building something of my own; exceptional, local coffee and artisanal teas crafted with care. Through farmer’s markets, pop-ups, local events and soon to be delivery, I bring the warmth of Wildflower Coffee & Tea wherever people gather. Each setup is thoughtfully designed and created with heart, blending vintage charm, floral touches, and a relaxed, creative energy that makes every cup feel special.
